1 How does it work?
  1. Prepare your cloth bag.
  2. Book your laundry pickup via our app, website or by calling us.
  3. We will send you an ETA for pickup. You will receive a notification when the driver is on the way.
  4. Upon pickup, we will professionally clean your clothes according to your preferences.
  5. Finally, your fresh clothes will be delivered to your door and ready to wear. You do not need to be home when we drop them off.
2 How should I prepare?
  1. Pack one service per bag. For example, put items for wash and dry in bag one, and items for wash and iron in bag two.
  2. Tag each bag with the service required, or meet the driver on pickup and the driver will tag it for you.
3 Who will clean my items?

After collecting your items from your place, our driver will drop your items to our laundry. Our professional staff will carefully process your laundry according to your preferences.

4 Can I pay with cash or card?

Yes, you can pay with cash or card on pickup, or pay during your online order through our app or website.

5 What are the operating hours?

We operate 24/7.

6 Do you have pet washers?

Yes, our delivery partners have a dedicated washer for washing pet blankets. Please make sure you inform us while ordering laundry.

7 What area do you pick up from?

Currently, we pick up and deliver all over Christchurch and countryside areas within 40km from the CBD.

8 Do I need to be at home when you pick up or deliver?

No, you can give us instructions during your order through the app or website, including where to pick up and deliver your laundry.

9 When will you pick up?

We will pick up your laundry as quickly as possible after you place your order.

10 When will I receive the laundry?

We will deliver your clean laundry within 4-10 hours.
